To join the Rock ‘n Soul Choir:

Please print a copy of the Enrolment Form and the Terms and Conditions Form.

Post your completed Enrolment Form and signed Terms and Conditions, together with your non-refundable deposit of $50 or full term payment to:

• Full term payment for the Rock 'n Soul Choir is $170
• Full term payment for Rock 'n Soul Kids is $150
• Optional ½ term payment for Rock’n Soul Kids $75

Cheques should be made payable to the Rock ‘n Soul Choir Pty Ltd.

The remaining balance should be paid on or before the first rehearsal of term.
